Return and Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted if the item is incorrect or not as described in the original listing. Please contact us with 14 days of the purchase date via email (sales@arons.co.uk) with your order number, photos and reason for wanting to return.

One of the reasons for not accepting returns is the trainer market can be quite volatile so value of them can change quickly. 

Please make sure you view all the photos of each product. When it comes to the trainers the boxes maybe damaged. When it comes to used clothing, we do our best to highlight any marks or faults with photos and our check sheets. 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition it was sent out in and in the original packaging.

We can not accept a return if you have changed your mind sorry.
